Shipping Policy

Orders and Shipping:

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal,  We reserve the right to change the payment methods we are able to accept at any time.

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your order.

Orders are packed as soon as possible, usually within 1 or 2 days but could be up to 4 days. Most orders are delivered within approximately 10 business days from the order date. As we use a third party to deliver orders, delivery times are estimates only. It is possible your order may arrive earlier or later. There may be delays for holidays.

Shipping Options:

USA - Shipping fees are based on where you live, shipping is coming from St. Paul, MN. Most orders within the US ship for around $4-$5 USD Economy shippings - delivered within 5-8 business days. Option to upgrade to Standard for $6-$8 USD to receive your package within 3-4 business days. 

International - Shipping fees for international orders can get pricy. Based on the delivery services used, normally above $15 USD for standard shipping 6-20 business day. Upgraded services such as DHL and Priority options range from $50-$100 USD to received your package within 1-9 days.

We ship on both weekdays and weekends aside from Sunday. 

Duration of Shipping:

Free standard shipping usually takes around 5-8 days + our handling time of 1-2 days.

Order cancellations

Orders that haven’t shipped can be cancelled. Please email hello@belabud.com to find out if your order has shipped, and if it has not, our customer service team can provide you instructions on cancelling your order.

Please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to be credited back to you. And note that sometimes when a refund is processed, the purchase may disappear from your statement altogether. Payments and refunds are processed by using the payment method selected at the time of checkout, and may be processed through a third party payment processor. 

International Shipments

If you are willing the pay the larger fee to ship internationally, we will gladly send you our products to enjoy.
