The BelaBud Standard Cup is a reusable and soft silicone cup worn internally to absorb your period flow. It stays in place by creating a gentle seal between the cup and your vaginal wall. Once your cup is filled, you simply empty, rinse, and then reinsert the cup for another 12 hours. 

This is a medium sized cup recommended for (but not limited to) medium or light flow.

Cups are made of medical-grade silicone, a hypoallergenic material that is toxin-free and durable. They are FDA-registered and made in the USA.

My favorite menstrual cup!!

I love my BelaBud cup!! I have tried a handful of different brands, and this one is the perfect thickness and size. Definitely a high-quality cup - love that it’s made in the US, and it was also shipped super fast in the cutest packaging :) I recommend it to everyone!!

Belabud is my bud!

For the past year, I’ve been contemplating using a menstrual cup to better manage my periods but was hesitant due to fear of application and ease of use. 3 months ago I finally decided to go for it and am in love 😍 Belabud came with instructions that helped alleviate my anxiety about insertion and use. Great product!!

My cup was shipped so quickly to me, came in super cute packaging and is very high quality. This is the first menstrual cup I’ve used so the directions included made it super simple to put in and use. I have a lighter period but I think it would work great for heavier flows too! Would recommend!
