How to Use

Clean hands

Always wash hands with soap before inserting or removing your cup

Fold

Using a U-fold or punchdown fold, grip the cup with your finger and thumb to prepare for insertion

Insert

Guide the cup into place until the entire cup is inside the vaginal canal. Let go and allow the cup to fully open. Feel around the cup to make sure there are no folds that can cause leaking.

The BelaBud Standard Cup is a reusable and soft silicone cup worn internally to absorb your period flow. It stays in place by creating a gentle seal between the cup and your vaginal wall. Once your cup is filled, you simply empty, rinse, and then reinsert the cup for another 12 hours. 

This is a medium sized cup recommended for (but not limited to) medium or light flow.

Cups are made of medical-grade silicone, a hypoallergenic material that is toxin-free and durable. They are FDA-registered and made in the USA.
